Pada trainning yang lepas, di BANGI GOLF RESORT, saya belajar bagaimana hendak present menggunakan slide presentation dan marketing plan dari EN LIZAIMI (BLUE DIAMOND EXEC.) ,belajar tentang mengenali persoaliti diri kite, the do and don't while doing our prospecting dan bagaimana mengenal aura seseorang..dari IBU HANIM (PROFESSIONAL CONSULTER)..

Pada trainning kali ini, saya berlajar dari IBU HANIM, tentang HUMAN METRICS..bagaimana mengenali kunci PERSONALITI seseorg mengikut teknik2 approach yang boleh dan tidak boleh di lakukan.. Selain itu, saya juga turut terhibur dengan cara pembelajaran yang di ajar oleh ibu hanim..mmg BEST..Kemudian, saya juga belajar tentang KONSEP BISNES dalam ISLAM..dari USTAZ SALEHUDIN yang sungguh sporting dan BEST..semua pon turut bergelak ketawa dengan ceramah yang diberi oleh ustaz....

This Is the Age of the Home-Based Business, Says Expert Economist Paul Zane Pilzer

The wellness industry is a US$700 billion industry, and MonaVie distributors will help it grow to a trillion-dollar industry and beyond.

Pilzer opened his keynote speech with the cheerfully received assertion that we live in an era where “virtually anyone can become a millionaire.”

Describing what he calls the “democratisation of wealth,” Pilzer explained that in 1991, there were 3.6 million millionaire families in the United States. That number has doubled and even tripled to 10 million millionaire families today.

“Millionaires are the fastest growing minority,” Pilzer said. “What I find so fascinating about millionaires is that at some point in their lives, they all made the choice that they would become millionaires.”

And, according to Pilzer, the time has never been better to make up your mind to be a millionaire. Why? Well, that’s simple: home-based businesses.

An economic adviser in two U.S. presidential administrations, Pilzer says that today’s independent entrepreneur is set up for success more so than in any other period in history. One reason is technology. In a time when the best tools and technology are continually being designed, upgraded, and redesigned and upgraded again, home-based business owners have access to the best technology available.

Another advantage for today’s home-based business owner is transaction costs, or the lack thereof. As Pilzer explained, entrepreneurs have been historically reluctant to break away from the traditional career path of working for someone else because of daunting transaction costs.

In other words, most people believe that it takes more work to run a business than it’s really worth, or than they can afford. Today, Pilzer says, transaction costs are non-existent thanks to the home-based business model. So, what’s really at the heart of choosing to be a home-based business owner is the degree to which you desire to decide your own lifestyle and your own hours, allowing the entrepreneur inside to emerge.

The Wellness Revolution
Establishing that network marketing is the best way to become one of the world’s next millionaires, the question then becomes “What type of products should I sell in the network marketing industry?” Pilzer says the answer lies in the following statistic:

Today, 211 million Americans are overweight or obese; that’s 68 percent of the U.S. population. And what’s more, weight and health now define people’s social and economic opportunities.

“Economics is the main reason we have obesity,” Pilzer says. “It’s easier to sell more products to existing customers than it is to get new customers.”

Pilzer says the upshot of this economic truth is that fast food and junk food companies spend millions chemically altering their foods in a way that ensures consumers never tire of their products.

Consequently, consumers spend twice as much at the fast-food counter as they do on healthy food sources.

That’s where MonaVie and the aforementioned $700 billion wellness industry step in to make a difference in the world—not just with our products, but financially as well.

According to Nutrition Society of Malaysia (NSM) president Dr Tee E Siong, health and vitality stem from leading a healthy lifestyle, which — contrary to what many people think — is actually quite easy to adopt.

We only need to take small steps in the right direction, starting with what and how we eat.

Dr Tee explains: “We need good nutrition for three main reasons.

“First, it supplies energy and nutrients to keep our body systems working well.

“Second, it fuels our activities throughout the day.

“Third, it helps protect us against infections, as well as certain chronic diseases, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes and cancer.”

He adds that good nutrition needs to be balanced with daily physical activity.

“An active lifestyle helps keep our body weight under control, while improving our fitness, muscle tone and moods.

“Furthermore, it strengthens the immune system and is essential for reducing the risk of chronic diseases.

“Given all these reasons, we really should spend less time lazing indoors, and more time moving about.”

Dr Tee points to the Malaysian Dietary Guidelines (MDG) 2010 as a simple and practical guide to eating right and getting more active.

“The MDG 2010 was developed by experts participating in the Technical Working Group on Nutritional Guidelines.

“Together, they poured over international and local scientific research to formulate a set of 14 key messages, which the public would do well to practise.”

NSM has taken on the task of promoting the MDG 2010, with the support and collaboration of Nestle Malaysia.

According to Dr Tee, the society had produced and distributed a series of four leaflets elaborating on the 14 key messages earlier in the year.

NSM, which recently celebrated its 25th anniversary, aspires to continue promoting healthy eating and active living to all Malaysians through the guidelines.

As for Nestle Malaysia, this initiative is an opportunity to play a collaborative role in enhancing the nutrition of Malaysians through community education.

Dr Tee says: “Now’s a great time for you and your family to start putting the MDG 2010 into practice.

“But go on it at your own pace. Don’t be afraid to make one small change at a time.

“However, do not lose sight of the goal — that is, to eventually apply all the key messages each and every day.

ABDULLAH Ahmad Badawi menandatangani plak tanda perasmian Alpha Lipid di KLCC, Kuala Lumpur, semalam.

KUALA LUMPUR 23 Jan. - Kumpulan The New Professional (TNP) akan bekerjasama dengan New Image International untuk melahirkan sekurang-kurangnya 500 jutawan di negara ini menjelang 2013.

Peneraju TNP, Nik Hafiz Nik Manshor berkata, usaha untuk mencapai jumlah jutawan itu akan dilakukan menerusi pembukaan serta penambahan rangkaian syarikat tersebut termasuk di luar negara.

Katanya, sebagai ejen pemasaran kepada produk New Image International, TNP juga berhasrat untuk menjadikan Malaysia sebagai hab kepada pemasaran produk kesihatan terkenal dunia

"Kita percaya hasrat mencapai 500 jutawan ini akan dicapai menerusi pembukaan rangkaian syarikat di dalam dan luar negara sekali gus mewujudkan peluang pekerjaan yang berpendapatan tinggi kepada rakyat," katanya di sini hari ini.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika berucap pada perasmian The New Professional Seminar dan perasmian produk Alpha Lipid di Pusat Konvensyen Kuala Lumpur di sini.

Turut hadir, bekas Perdana Menteri, Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi dan Naib Presiden New Image Asia Pasific, N. H. Chua.

New Image International merupakan syarikat yang mengeluarkan produk Alpha Lipid.

Sementara itu, Abdullah dalam ucapan perasmiannya memberitahu, usahawan di negara ini perlu bijak mengenal pasti dan berani merebut setiap peluang yang wujud untuk berjaya dalam karier mereka.

Jelas beliau, ia juga perlu diiringi dengan pengalaman dan pengetahuan, kerja keras serta sifat ikhlas bagi memastikan peluang yang datang kepada usahawan itu tidak berlalu dengan sia-sia.

Pada masa yang sama katanya, usahawan itu perlu mengamalkan gaya hidup sihat serta menjadikan kehidupan mereka bererti dengan berbakti kepada keluarga dan masyarakat.

"Saya percaya dengan cara ini, akan lebih banyak lagi peluang yang wujud dari masa ke semasa dan manfaatkanlah ia dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk berjaya," katanya.

Abdullah menambah, sehubungan itu, beliau telah mencadangkan kepada New Image International supaya membuka sebuah pusat penyelidikan di Malaysia.
